Serge founded the company on March 28, 2014, under the name Serge Louis and Associates. As the firm grew, he recognized the need to emphasize its client-focused approach and rebranded it as LFG Accounting Services on November 13, 2015. This change reflected a renewed commitment to placing clients at the heart of every service provided.
In 2024, the firm underwent a transformational rebrand, adopting the name Nouvo Accounting & Advisory to highlight its expanded offerings, including strategic advisory services. With this evolution came a fresh slogan, “Consider it done…” a testament to the firm’s dedication to providing seamless and dependable tax advisory services.
