• >If elected S-Corp tax treatment - IRS confirmation letter
• >Scan/picture of voided check - all business checking and payroll bank accounts

Please Note: If you do not have one or more of the requested documents or information on hand, you can skip that specific question(s) and complete / submit the information that you currently have. We will follow up with you regarding any missing documents and information afterward.

Please upload a Certificate of Incorporation (called Articles of Incorporation in some states) and By-laws OR Certificates of Formation and Limited Liability Company Operating Agreements to your NOUVO CLIENT PORTAL. Please confirm upload, or if you don't have or can't upload the requested document(s), please provide clarification below.

To set up your QBO account bookkeeping service, (if not already connected), we will need your assistance to add your business bank account(s) (business checking, business savings, business credit cards, etc.) to your account so that QBO can download business transactions feed and use if to create your company accounting records.

Additionally, we will need to obtain monthly PDF bank statements for your business banking accounts to perform accounting reconciliations in your company's books. We will discuss this with you during the NOUVO BOOKKEEPING SERVICE KICK-OFF CALL.
